Is there an age requirement for admission to STRYXE?
We welcome guests of all ages to enjoy the experience we have to offer. In fact, STRYXE is perfect for an afternoon of family fun in celebration of family gatherings of all types. However, we ask that all minors under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult at all times. We require all minors to exit the venue by 8:30 p.m. Further, only guests 21 and over will be permitted to access our Eatery and Lounge after 9 p.m.

Do you accept reservations?
We currently do not accept reservations for bowling, bowling is first come first served. If there is a wait when you arrive, you may choose to dine within our Eatery, or kick back and relax with your party within either our lounge or bar area. Also featured are classic parlor games and a full scale amusements room, all designed to enhance your entertainment experience while enjoying your visit with us.

How does your wait list to bowl work?
Active placement on our waiting list requires all players to be physically present within STRYXE with a minimum of four players required per lane during periods of high volume. Groups of nine or more bowlers are eligible for an additional lane. Pre-payment for bowling while placed on our waiting list is strictly prohibited at all times.

Can members of my party join my table lane side if they are not actively bowling?
Yes. STRYXE offers bites and beverages across all lanes within a casually warm, hip, entertainment environment. Your party can conveniently place an order on your lane pedestal.

Do you allow outside food?
For the safety of our guests, outside food or beverage is not permitted within STRYXE. If a member of your party has a food allergy, please contact us at info@stryxe.com prior to your visit.

Do you allow balloons or inflatables?
Due to our vaulted ceilings the use of balloons or any other type of inflatable is strictly prohibited within STRYXE at all times. While we understand the festive nature balloons may bring, this policy is for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff.
Are bumpers available for children?
Yes. STRYXE provides bumpers to children 12 and younger upon request; there is no additional charge for this service. Bumpers will automatically raise and lower for each individual bowler, meaning adults and children can each enjoy their own preferences. We can also provide bowling ball ramps to young children who require assistance rolling the ball down the lane.

Are regulation bowling shoes required on the lanes?
Yes.

Are children under the age of four required to wear bowling shoes on the lanes?
Children under four years of age are permitted to use shoes with rubber soles in substitution of bowling shoes. If a child is over four years of age, regulation bowling shoes are required.

I have a group of 10+ people, how can I ensure you can accommodate our group and that we will have lanes next to each other?
If your group is larger than 10 people, the best way to ensure availability is to book an event with us. Please reach out to our Events Department to begin planning your event at STRYXE.

How far in advance can I book my event at STRYXE?
You may request to plan your event up to 60 days in advance of your requested event date.

Does STRYXE offer private event space?
Yes, our private event spaces are equipped with state of the art audio visual tools and integrated with cutting edge gaming systems. Each private event space is meticulously designed to accommodate festivities and events for groups of all types including corporate outings, holiday parties, birthdays and social gatherings. Do you rent out your venue?
Yes, STRYXE is available for full venue buyout and we have hosted several full venue events for corporations and celebratory milestones. We would be happy to speak with you about your event. Please contact our Events department by filling out an

Do you allow decorations?
Party accessories, decorations, marketing, equipment, furniture or other similar items are not permitted, nor may they be stored within the venue without prior written consent of STRYXE Management.

Do you provide WiFi access?
Yes. High speed internet access is available free to all patrons. Time limits may be enforced during peak hours.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, STRYXE Gift Cards are available in any denomination. Gift Cards can be purchased at our Guest Services Desk.
